Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM and from 9AM to Noon on Saturdays. Our Maintenance Team is available 24 hours a day. Can you hold a place before I apply?
We do not hold places as that wouldn’t be fair to other potential tenants that are ready to sign now. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Security deposit is due at time of acceptance of application and first month’s rent is due before you pick up your keys. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years of age or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable however there are costs associated with renting a home, like rekeying the locks, etc, and paying for repairs that may have occurred while leasing the property. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If someone has unacceptable credit or income that does not meet the required threshold an option may be to seek a cosigner. -

How do I pay rent?
You’ll pay online in your tenant portal. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
If the property you’re considering allows for pets and the owner has not excluded the breed of pet you have, you may be eligible to have the pet occupy the property with you. There is likely going to be associated fees and more numerous inspections upon application acceptance and occupancy.
